Position description
Telemarketing is responsible for making a high volume of outbound calls to potential or existing customers. The primary objective is to promote products or services, collect customer information, and meet specific performance metrics such as call quotas, lead generation, or sales conversions.
Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective clients (cold calling)

Sales & Performance Goals: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, KPIs, and call quotas, ensuring all metrics are consistently achieved.
