Software Quality Assurance Specialist

Position description

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented QA Specialist to ensure the quality, stability, and performance of our web and mobile applications. You will work with a modern tech stack that includes React (SPA), NestJS, and Flutter Mobile applications, performing both manual and automated testing.

Required Technologies: 

  • Design and execute test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts.

  • Perform manual, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.

  • Automate tests using Jest, WebDriver, and Flutter testing tools (Flutter Test, Integration Test, Appium, or Maestro).

  • Collaborate with developers to identify, document, and validate defect resolutions.

  • Evaluate application performance, stability, and behavior across multiple devices.

  • Support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

  • Maintain clear documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Experience with manual and automated testing.

  • Familiarity with React, NestJS, and API-based services.

  • Proficiency with Jest, WebDriver, and mobile testing frameworks for Flutter.

  • Strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a quality-focused mindset.

  • Preferred: experience with performance testing and CI/CD pipelines.
