Revit Drafter
Position description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Revit Drafter to support our design and construction teams by creating precise and efficient architectural and structural drawings using Autodesk Revit. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building systems, construction methods, and BIM (Building Information Modeling) standards.
Responsibilities:

Update and Modify Plans based on notes from the design or construction team.

Put together full drawing sets for building permits and construction use.

Adjust standard home plans to match customer choices or lot conditions.

Communicate with designers, architects, and project managers to get plans right.

Follow markups and corrections from supervisors or architects.

Review drawings to make sure everything is correct and complete.

Maintain up-to-date 3D models and drawing files.

Generate door, window, and finish schedules from Revit.

Add the home design to the site layout using lot information.

Create House Plans.
-
Use of Revit and Lumion.
