PPC Coordinator
Position description
We’re looking for a Paid Media Coordinator to join our growing performance marketing team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns, primarily on Meta Ads, with opportunities to expand your skills across Google Ads, TikTok, and other platforms.

You’ll work closely with our PPC Specialists and the Director to ensure campaigns are launched accurately, budgets are tracked efficiently, and performance data is analyzed to drive better results. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, data-driven, and eager to learn the ins and outs of paid media and digital strategy within a fast-paced agency environment.
Top Five Responsibilities:

Support campaign creation, management, and optimization (primarily Meta Ads, with opportunities to learn other platforms).

Monitor account pacing, budgets, and KPIs to flag issues or opportunities.

Prepare reports and performance summaries for internal and client review.

Manage project management tools, assets, and documentation for client accounts.

Collaborate with internal teams on creative testing, audience building, and campaign strategy.
Responsibilities:

Assist the PPC Specialists in day-to-day ad account management (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).

Set up campaigns, ad sets, and audiences with precision and accuracy.

Conduct quality assurance checks on live campaigns (links, tracking, creative).

Track campaign performance and deliver weekly/monthly reporting with clear insights.

Collaborate with internal teams and creative partners to request and manage assets (video, graphics, copy).

Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends, best practices, and platform updates, especially on Meta.

Support the Director and PPC Specialists with special projects, data analysis, and process improvements as needed.
Qualifications:
-
1+ years of agency experience
-
1+ years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads required, Google Ads and other platforms a plus).

Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field (Marketing, Website Development, Digital Media, Communications, etc..)

Must be interested in internet/social media culture and familiar with the latest trends.

Curiosity and enthusiasm to keep learning, researching cultural insights, and testing new trends.

Analytical thinker with ability to interpret data and identify trends.

Exemplary organizational and time management skills, ability to track and monitor multiple projects.

Familiarity with tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, HubSpot, and Slack.
