Position description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to take our online presence to the next level. From creating a compelling digital footprint to managing lead generation strategies, you'll be at the forefront of our marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Online Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to grow the brand, traffic, and customer base.

  • Google Business Profile: Set up and optimize our Google My Business page to maximize local visibility.

  • Social Media Marketing: Plan and manage content, campaigns, and community engagement across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.

  • Website Management: Oversee the company website, ensure it’s up-to-date, user-friendly, mobile-optimized, and aligned with our branding and goals.

  • SEO Management: Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility and rankings.

  • Performance Tracking: Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and social insights to monitor performance and provide actionable insights.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally in a leadership or management role.

  • Expertise in setting up and managing Google My Business and local SEO.

  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content creation, and paid advertising.

  • Familiarity with SEO best practices, tools, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).

  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other marketing tools.

  • Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills.

  • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset.

  • Advanced English level.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

  • Graphic design or video editing skills are a plus.
