Position description
calculates the total materials, labor, and overall costs required to install ceramic tiles for construction and renovation projects.
Responsibilities:

Review commercial project plans and specifications.

Perform ceramic tile takeoffs and material quantifications.

Prepare accurate cost estimates and bid proposals.

Identify required materials, accessories, and project requirements.

Coordinate with vendors and project teams to obtain pricing and support the bidding process.

Maintain organized estimating documentation and project records.
Requirements:

Experience in ceramic tile estimating.

Ability to read blueprints and construction specifications.
-
Strong knowledge of ceramic tile materials and installation methods.

Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office.

Advanced English level
